Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley

Your Sahara adventure begins with pickup from your accommodation in Marrakech.

Travel through the spectacular High Atlas Mountains via the famous Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 m), enjoying panoramic views of mountain landscapes and traditional Berber villages.

Continue to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ait Ben Haddou, one of Morocco’s most famous fortified villages and a historic stop on ancient caravan routes. Explore the kasbah before continuing to Ouarzazate, known as the “Gateway to the Sahara.”

Continue through the beautiful Valley of Roses and arrive in the dramatic Dades Valley, where you will spend the night.
